Please check the goods as soon as possible after they are delivered to your home.
Once the package has been opened, eaten, or has deteriorated due to poor preservation by consumers, applications for return will not be accepted.
It is normal when there is a slight difference in the appearance of your microgreens and this does not affect they quality and nutritional value. Applications for return will not be accepted in such case.
If the product itself was damaged during delivery or parts of your order are missing, please contact us within 24 hours after delivery. Keep the complete package of the product and send us photos or a video of the missing or damaged product. We will contact you as soon as possible to work out a fair solution.
